摘要
用氧指数(LOI)测定、力学性能测定、热失重分析(TGA)方法研究了十溴二苯醚(FR-10)、赤磷及其配合使用对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)阻燃性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明,单独使用FR-10或赤磷对EPDM/PP有一定的阻燃作用,但效果不明显;FR-10与赤磷配合使用具有明显的协同阻燃作用,阻燃效果较好。阻燃剂的加入会使共混体系的力学性能下降。加入FR-10及其与赤磷的配合物虽然降低了EPDM/PP的起始失重温度,但不影响其正常使用。
<abstract>e effect of decabromophenyl oxide (FR-10) ,red phosphorus, decabromophenyl oxide and phosphorus used together on EPDM/PP was studied by the flame-retardant properties and mechanical properties determination and thermo-gravimetric analysis. The results showed that FR-10 or red phosphorus had flame-retardancy on EPDM/PP, but the effect was very little,FR-10 and red phosphorus used together could display synergism on EPDM/PP, the effect of flame retardant was better. The mechanical properties of blending system were reduced by the adding of flame-retardant. Red phosphorus, FR-10, FR-10 and red phosphorus used together could lower the starting gravimetric temperature of EPDM/PP, but didn't affect its application.
