摘要
针对现有联合收割机在收获粗大茎秆的超高产水稻时切割器存在功耗大、磨损加快和效率变低等问题,研制了可用于不同作物的单茎秆切割试验台,并采用摆切式结构;设计了基于Labview的测试软件,可测得作物茎秆不同切割速度、切割位置和切割刀片时切割力的时间历程;论文最后开展了水稻单茎秆6个切割位置和3种切割速度下的台架试验。试验表明,试验台工作可靠,可为切割装置的设计提供理论依据。
When the existing combines harvest the super high yielding rice, the cutter has many problems such as the low power, accelerating the abrasion and low efficiency. In response to this phenomenon, the cutting test -bed is designed for single stem of different crops. It use pendulum shear architecture and design test software which is based on the Lab- view. It can measure different cutting speeds, cutting positions and the cutting time when the blade cut the stem. Finally in this thesis, the experimental testing under the cutting test - bed tests the six cutting locations and three kinds of cutting speeds. Test - bed experiments show that the reliable job provide the design basis for the design of cutting device.
