摘要
阐述了试验台的总体设计思想和试验台的构造、结构参数、工作原理.试验结果表明:在切断同样断面作物茎秆条件下:⑴滑切速度不变,法向力增加时,滑切距离与其成反比,滑切阻力和功率与其成反比,增加率基本相同;⑵法向力不变,改变滑切速度时,滑切距离、阻力和功率成正比增加,但增加比率不同.
According to the test, many kinds of incising implements consisted of a moving-blade and an unmoving-blade. They always had some sliding-cutting in incising. For researching sliding-cutting function, the testing bed was designed and fabricated. This paper told of the force-saving reason and testing bed's function, discussed the design parameter and the connection of test result.
