摘要
采用TLC法对通脉颗粒处方中丹参、葛根、川芎进行定性鉴别。应用HPLC法对处方中葛根的成分葛根素进行含量测定。本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显，专属性强；本品中葛根素含量测定线性范围为0．2108～1．2648μg，平均回收率为98．85％，RSD为0．66％。建立了通脉颗粒的质量标准。该鉴别和含量测定方法简便可靠，重复性好，作为药品标准可有效控制通脉颗粒的质量。
TLC was performed to identify Radix et Rhizoma Salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix Puerariae lobatae ,Rhizoma Ligustieum chuanxiong. HPLC was used to determine the content of Puerarin. The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and hightly specific. The quantification method had the linear range of 0. 2108 1. 2648 μg. The average recovery was 98.85 % and RSD was 0.66 %. To establish the quality stangdard for Tongmai Granules. The method for idetification and quantification was simple, realizable and reproducible. It can be used effectively for the quality control of Tongmai Granules.
