正交设计实验优选丹参的提取工艺分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用正交实验设计法,以高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量作为指标,优选丹参的最佳提取工艺.结果表明以75%甲醇回流提取一次,加醇量为药材的6倍量,提取时间2h,提取效果最好.本工艺设计合理,操作方便,稳定可控.
