复合酶制剂对草鱼生长性能、饲料养分消化率及免疫力的影响 被引量:24

摘要 选用体重为(31.51±0.43)g的草鱼C tenopharyngodon idella360尾,随机分为4个处理组,每组设3个重复,每个重复放30尾鱼,分别添加不同梯度水平(0、300、600、900 mg/kg)的木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶为主的复合酶制剂。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲料中添加600、900 mg/kg的复合酶制剂后,显著提高了草鱼的相对增重率、特定生长率、饵料转化效率等生长性能指标(P<0.05),同时也显著提高了草鱼对饲料中干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及粗纤维的表观消化率(P<0.05),但这二组之间差异不显著(P(0.05),而300 mg/kg一组与对照组差异不显著(P(0.05);鱼体的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、水分等品质指标在4个处理组之间差异不显著(P(0.05);饲料中添加600、900 mg/kg的复合酶制剂后,显著提高了草鱼血液中白细胞的吞噬活性(P<0.05)和血清杀菌能力(P<0.01)。研究表明,饲料中添加复合酶制剂后,能显著提高草鱼对饲料中养分的消化率,从而提高草鱼的生长性能,增强草鱼的免疫力。 A feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of multi - enzyme on growth performance, digestibility and approximate body composition of grass carp Ctertopharyngodon idellus. Three hundred and sixty fish were randomly allotted to four groups with triplication and fed diets containing multi - enzyme at a rate of 0, 300, 600 or 900 mg/kg. The results showed that the grass carp fed the diet supplemented with multi -enzyme at a rate of 600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg had significantly higher weight gain rate, specific growth rate, and lower feed conversion ratio than those in the control group, without significant differences between the two groups. There was significantly higher apparent digestibility of dry materials, crude protein, ether extract, and crude fibre in the groups with supplementation of multi - enzyme at a rate of 600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg, no significant differences between the two groups, than that in the control group. There were no significant differences in the protein, lipid, ash and moisture contents in the fish fed different diets. The phagocytic function of the leucocytes and serum bactericidal activities were found to improve significantly in the grass carp fed the diet supplemented with multi - enzyme at a rate of 600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg. In a word, supplementation of multi - enzyme significantly increased feed nutrient digestibility, growth performance and immunity of grass carp.
