摘要
微生物酶是一种新的添加剂。将酶应用于对虾饵料，在理论研究和实际应用上都刚刚开始。进行了加酶饵料饲喂对虾的生长试验和大水面养虾生产试验，结果：在对虾饵料中添加１‰的酶制剂，对虾个体增重率提高１２．１３％，单产提高１３．８７％，饵料系数降低１２．０２％。
Microbial enzyme is a new additive.It is just beginning to use enzyme in preparation of prawn diet both in theoretical study and practical application.The peper narrated the experiment on feeding the diet containing microbial enzyme to the prawns farmed in large water area for the pur of determining the growing speed of prawns. The experimental showed:The individual weight of Prawns fed with diets added 1‰ of feed enzyme prepeation agent increased by 12.13 %and the Per unit yield raised 13. 87%,and the feed coefficient decreased by 12.02 %.
