摘要
通过CAChe软件模拟环糊精衍生物包合丹皮酚的过程,结果表明羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)的包合效果好,并在后续试验中得到验证。采用正交试验优化了HP-β-CD包合丹皮酚的工艺条件。用紫外扫描与红外光谱法确证丹皮酚被HP-β-CD包合。
A series of semi-empirical molecular orbital calculations with CAChe software were used to imitate the inclusion process of β-cyclodextrin derivatives and paeonol. The results showed that hydroxypropyl-β- cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) performed the best inclusion effect among the tested derivatives. This imitative result was verified by the further experiments. The inclusion conditions were further optimized by orthogonal test. It was verified that paeonol was included by HP-β-CD by UV and IR spectroscopies.
