摘要
[目的]评价无梗五加的抗氧化性能。[方法]以无梗五加果实为原料,采用水提醇沉工艺提取其中的多糖,用DEAE-cellulose 52柱层析对多糖进行分离纯化;高温诱导猪油氧化,应用碘量法研究多糖对油脂的抗氧化作用;应用化学发光法研究多糖各组分对O-2.和.OH的清除能力。[结果]无梗五加精多糖ASP对猪油具有明显的抗氧化作用,且其抗氧化效果随多糖添加量的增加而增强;各多糖组分对O2-.和.OH均具有较强的清除能力,且该清除作用存在明显的量效关系。[结论]无梗五加多糖具有明显的抗油脂氧化的作用。
[ Objective ] The aim was to evaluate the antioxidant property of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus (Ruqr. et Maxim. )Seem. [ Method ] With fruits ofA. sessiliflorus(Ruqr, et Maxim. )Seem as the materials, the polysaccharide was extracted by water extracting-alcohol precipitating process, the polysaccharide was isolated and purified by DEAE-cellulose 52 column chromatography. Lard oxidation was induced by high temperature, and the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from A. sessiliflorus ( Ruqr. et Maxim. ) Seem on oil was studied with iodimetry, and the scavenging activities of each pelysaccharide component on O2- · and -OH were studied by chemiluminescence method. [Result] Polysaccharide (ASP) from A. sessiliflorus( Ruqr. et Maxim. )Seem had obvious antioxidant activity on lard, and its antioxidant activity increased with the increase of its addition amount. Each polysaccharide component all had stronger scavenging activity on O2 · and ·OH, and there was obvious dose-effect relationship in this scavenging activity. [ Conclusion ] The polysaccharide from A. sessiliflorus (Ruqr. et Maxim. )Seem had obvious antioxidant activity on oil.
