摘要
以LDPE/EVA(质量比为4∶1)共混薄膜为基材,选择具有透气调湿性能的硅藻土为无机填充剂,针对薄膜透气性和透湿性的改善,制备了不同处理方式的硅藻土填充保鲜膜。结果表明:偶联处理使填料与偶联剂很好的结合在一起;煅烧处理可以使填料表面的微孔孔径增大。随着不同处理方式的硅藻土添加量的增加,薄膜的力学性能和热封性能有所降低,但薄膜的透氧和透湿性能却有所提高。
The LDPE /EVA (4: 1) material was used as substrate and diatomite as inorganic filler to improve gas and vapor transmission performance of PE film. The results showed that coupling treatment makes the filler and coupling agent combined closely; calcination treatment makes the holes of filler in- creased and enlarged; as the amounts of diatomite of different treatments increased, the mechanical proper- ties and thermal sealing strength of the films decreased, but the gas and vapor permeation rate of the films increased gradually.
