摘要
石油价格飞涨和环境污染的压力使生物质能源成为一个重要的选择。文章研究分析了中国生物质能源产业发展现状、优势和劣势、面临的机遇与挑战,得出中国发展生物质产业应立足资源优势,走技术创新的新型化道路,加快从生物质产业粗放型向集约型发展转变,加大技术和环保技术的创新力度的结论。
The study analysis bio-energy industry development status, opportunities and challenges faced in China, concluding that the development of China＇s bio-energy industry should be based on biomass industry resources, and take the technical innovation of new roads, and speed up the biomass industry from extensive to intensive development changes, and increase technology and innovation of environmental technology. Emphasis is given to analyses on how policy instruments have affected the bio-energy market, and the tools the government may use to exert its influence： supporting to research and development, supporting to demonstration and information dissemination, administrative policy measures, and economic incentives.
