摘要
实证分析显示我国经济持续快速发展放大了能源供需矛盾,特别是石油的供应对外依赖性越来越强,难以满足我国小康社会对优质能源的要求。需要制定出符合国情的能源政策,加强国际能源合作,保证能源供应;开发清洁能源,提高核能比重,保障能源安全。
The rapid development of Chinese economy deepens the imbalance between the energy supply and the demand, and the problem about energy safety of supply is increasingly outstanding. Especially the petrol is much more difficult to satisfy the demand of our country. We should draw up the policy according to our situation, such as resolving the problem of petroleum safety, strengthening the international energy cooperation, ensuring the supply of the economic development. We must also exploit clean energy, increase the proportion of nuclear and resolve the problem of using the energy safely. energy energy
