摘要
为开发利用鄂西某宁乡式高磷鲕状赤铁矿,对其进行了反浮选、强磁选、强磁选—反浮选、还原焙烧—弱磁选等多方案的提铁降磷选矿试验研究。试验结果表明,采用常规选矿方法很难对该矿石进行有效选别,而采用添加脱磷剂的还原焙烧—两段磨矿、两段弱磁选工艺,可或得较好的提铁降磷效果,铁精矿铁品位为92.34%,磷品位为0.025%,铁回收率为90.31%。
To exploit and utilize the Ningxiang type high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore in western Hubei, a beneficiation test on iron increase and phosphorous reduction by many processes of inverse flotation, high intensity magnetic separation (HIMS) ,HIMS-inverse flotation and reduction roast-LIMS was carried out. The test shows that it is hard to effectively separate the ores with the conventional method. A good performance with an iron concentrate grading 92. 34% at an 90.31% iron recovery bearing P less than 0.025% could be obtained by reduction roast-two stage grinding and low intensity magnetic separation with addition of dephosphorizer agent.
