摘要
概述了鲕状赤铁矿———“宁乡式”铁矿的性质、形成和由来以及我国“宁乡式”铁矿的概况、研究现状,试验研究了某鲕状赤铁矿的选冶回收,采用新工艺,在成本大幅度降低的情况下,铁精矿的品位和回收率分别达到55·62%和41·51%,吨铁精矿选矿成本仅为20~32元,这一成果具有非常重要的现实意义。
The character, formation and origin of olitic hematite and the current situation of “Ningxiang-type iron ore” in China are summarized. The mineral processing and metallurgy of a certain olitic hematite ore are carried out. The grade and recovery of the iron concentrate obtained by new technology can reach 55.62% and 41.51%, respectively and the processing cost of the iron concentrate per ton is only 20 to 32 Yuan RMB.
