摘要
针对云南某地褐铁矿开展多种选矿工艺流程对比试验研究,试验结果表明,采用原矿还原焙烧—弱磁选和强磁粗选—粗精矿再磨—强磁精选两种方法可有效选别该矿石,均可获得合格铁精矿。从经济方面考虑,确定将后一种作为最终的合理选别流程。
For a limonite ore in Yunnan province,comparison tests were performed using multiple technological flowsheets,two of which output qualified iron concentrate.One used ore reducing roasting-low intensity magnetic separation process,while the other process included high intensity magnetic roughing-roughing concentrate regrinding and high intensity magnetic cleaning.The latter was determined as the ultimate process due to its low cost.
