甘草中甘草酸的提取工艺优化研究 被引量:9

摘要 优选了甘草中甘草酸的提取条件,建立了紫外分光光度法法测定甘草酸含量,在单因素试验基础上,以甘草酸收率为指标,按正交表L9(34)设计试验,优化溶剂浓度、提取次数、固液比、微波时间4个因素。最佳提取工艺为:溶剂浓度为0.5%,提取次数为2次,固液配比1:15,微波的时间15min。该优选提取工艺合理可行,与传统工艺相比,具有省时、省能源等特点。 To optimize the extraction process of glyeyrrhizic acid in glycyrrhiza uralemis fisch liquid, ultraviolet spec-trophotometry was applied to determine the content of glyeyrrhizic acid , the test was designed according to L9(3^4) of or-thogonal test on the basis of single factor experiment and taking the glyeyrrhizic acid yield as the index, the solvent concentration, the ratio of solid and liquid , the microwave time were optimized. The best extraction condition was gained : the solvent concentration was 0.5% , the solid to liquid ratio was 1:12, the microwave time was 15 min. The optimized extraction process was reasonable and feasible. Compared with traditional technology, it could saved time and energy.
