摘要
目的建立甘草中甘草总皂苷含量的测定方法。方法用香草醛-高氯酸试剂,在589 nm处有最大吸收,并对比色条件进行了优化。结果该法精密度高,1 h内稳定,平均加样回收率为99.03%。结论此法简便、准确、稳定性、重复性好,可用于甘草总皂苷的测定。
Objective To establish the method of determination of total saponins in Glycyrrhiza. Methods Use Vanillin-HClO4 as the chromogenic reagent and detect the maximum absorption at the wavelength of 589 nm. Choose the best chromogenic preparation to determine the contents of the samples. Results The precision of the method is high. The color of the treated samples was stable within lb. The average value of the recovery was 99.03%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for the quantitative determination of total saponins in Glycyrrhiza.
