摘要
[目的]探讨小学教师工作压力现状及其与抑郁症状的关系。[方法]工作压力采用中文版的付出-获得不平衡量表,抑郁评价采用中文版流行病学研究中心的抑郁量表(Center for Epidemiological Survey,Depression Scale,CES-D)。采用问卷形式对287名杭州市小学教师进行横断面调查,调查内容包括工作付出、获得、内在投入,抑郁症状和一些基本特征。采用方差分析、秩和检验或χ2检验进行单因素分析,采用Logistic回归进行多因素分析。[结果]小学教师中抑郁症状的阳性率为42.38%(95%CI:36.47%~48.29%),与付出-获得不平衡有关(OR=5.901,95%CI:2.948~11.812)。[结论]小学教师工作付出-获得不平衡对其健康状况有负面影响。
[Objective] To explore the job stress and its relationship with depressive symptoms among primary school teachers.[ Methods] Job stress was collected in terms of the Chinese version of the effort-reward imbalance scale.Depressive symptoms were assessed using the Chinese version of the Center for Epidemiological Survey,Depression(CES-D)Scale.A cross-sectional survey was conducted comprising 287 primary school teachers in Hangzhou City.The questionnaire included questions on effort,reward,over-commitment,the full CSE-D scale of depression symptoms,and a number of basic characteristics.Data were examined by univariate analysis using Mann-Whitney test or Pearson chi-square test,and by multivariate analysis using logistic regression.[ Results] The prevalence of depressive symptoms was 42.38%(95%CI:36.47%-48.29%)among primary school teachers.The effort-reward imbalance(OR=5.901,95%CI:2.948-11.812)was associated with depressive symptoms among them.[ Conclusion] The results showed the effort-reward imbalance had a negative impact on primary school teachers.
