干部教育要增强教育的针对性,提高教育的实效性,首先就必须了解和掌握学员的学习特点,找准因材施教的依据,才能有针对性地确定培训目的、内容,选择有效的教学方式和管理方法。
In order to improve the pertinence and the effectiveness of cadre education,learners characters should be detected and mastered first.Only when the base of the learners aptitude has been sought,can we decide the objective and content of the training project,and choose the appropriate teaching method and management model accordingly.
