摘要
教师的角色观是在一定的文化中形成,并受这种文化影响的。本文从"天地君亲师"的传统社会地位、传承文明的历史使命、"学而优则仕"的社会普遍心态、"棍棒成才"的教学信念、"重义轻利"的价值取向等方面对传统的教师角色观进行文化审视,并对当前新课程改革背景下的教师合理角色观进行了理性的现代思考。
The concept of teachers' role is formed in a certain cultural context, and influenced by it. This paper inspects the traditional concept of teacher role in five aspects as following: The traditional social status of "Heaven Earth Sovereign Parents Teachers", the historical mission of civilization heritage; the common social idea that a good scholar can become an official, the teaching belief of spoiling the child, and the value orientation of weighing loyalty above money. This article also gives suggestions concerning the idea of teachers' role in the context of new curriculum reform.
