摘要
简要介绍ISO9000质量管理体系标准及其在图书馆界应用的现状。该标准在图书馆的适应性、有效性和必要性,推动了图书馆质量管理的规范化、现代化。本文通过其运行的实践,论述了读者满意度调查、分析中存在的问题以及产生问题的原因,并提出了相应的解决办法。
This paper introduced the connotation and the status quo of application ofISO 9000 in libraries. The adaptability, validity and neeessity of carrying out IS09000 Standard Quality Control System in libraries, have promoted the standardization and modernization of library quality control. Through its operation of practice, this paper expounded the problems and causes which were existed in readers' satisfaction degree survey and analysis, and proposed its corresponding solution.
