摘要
在非均匀采样一般理论的基础上,推导出了一种估计各个通道的采样时间偏差的方法.基于这种方法,给出了一种可校正非均匀采样周期信号采样时间偏差的新型波形数字化仪的结构,可将计算得到的估计值反馈给采样通道的延时校正单元,以补偿采样时间的偏差,从而提高了数据采集的质量.
Based on formal theory of nonuniform sampling, an algorithm is derived toestimate the sampling time offsets at each sample-hold and A/D module, in view ofwhich a new waveform digitized architecture is proposed, which can feed these estimates back toadjustable delay unitS in all the sampling paths to compensate the sampling-time offsets.
