摘要
用一片A/D进行多通道数据采集不仅在速度上受到限制,而且难以克服通道间转换过程中引入的嗓声和道间串扰。在需要进行不同通道信号之间的相位分析时,各采样通过之间的相位误差也难以克服。介绍了多通道并行数据采集技术,给出了利用并行技术进行多通道采集以及利用并行技术进行单路信号超高速采集的软/硬件实现技术,讨论了实现并行数据采集的误差校正方法以及利用并行技术进行数据采集系统的容错设计。
By use of one A/D converter to sample the multi-channel signals,it is not only that the speed is limited, but also that the noise produced by the channel transforming and the disturbing between channels is difficult to be overcomed.When the phase anlysis between different channels is required,the phase errors between sampling channels is also difficult to be overcomed.In this paper.to solve the above problems ,the multi-module interleaving data acquisition technique is introduced,the software and hardware implementing techniques for multi-channel sampling or for single channel super-high speed sampling by use of the interleaving technique are provided ,the error correcting methods for implementing interleaving technique and the fault-tolerant design of data acquisition system by using interleaving technique are discussed.
