摘要
本文提出了一种时域、频域、状态域测试的非均匀采样策略.包括建立时域、频域、装态域模型的方法以及选取采样点和参数估计的方法,并举了时域精密直流电测量,求最小相位线性时不变系统的频率响应和测试D/A转换器非线性误差的例子.
A test strategy based on nonuniform sampling in time-domain, frequency-domain and state-domain is presented in this paper,The modeling techniques,select of sample points and estimation of parameters are included. Examples of precision DC electrical measurement in time-domain,acquiring frequency response of linear time-invariant systems with minimum-phase and testing nonlinearity error of D/A converters are also given.
