临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性分析及治疗对策 被引量:7

摘要 目的调查金黄色葡萄球菌耐药现状,指导临床合理用药。方法采用ATB分析仪进行细菌鉴定,K-B法做体外药敏试验。结果耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)检出率为60.5%,药敏结果显示MRSA耐药率明显高于甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA),未检出对万古霉素及替考拉宁耐药菌株。结论金黄色葡萄球菌耐药严重,临床应根据药敏结果合理使用抗生素。糖肽类抗生素(万古霉素、替考拉宁)可作为多重耐药金黄色葡萄球菌重症感染的首选抗生素。 Objective To investigate the drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus in our hospital,and to provide reference for the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic. Methods ATB-expression analysis system was used for identification of bacteria,extra-susceptibility tests were detected by K-B method. Results MRSA detection rate was 60.5 ~ ,MRSA drug resistance rate was obviously higher than MSSA from the results of the susceptibility test. No detecting was resistant to vancomycin and teicoplanin. Conclusion The infection and drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus are severe now. Antibiotics should be used rationally according to drug susceptibility test results so as to diminish the spread of drug resistance. Glycopeptide antibiotic can be used as first antibacterial agent for multidrug resistant staphylococcus aureus severe infection.
