摘要
采用文献资料综述的方法,着重从教育学领域研究和探索教师职业的定位、教师的作用和地位,教师职业道德的标准及其在教师现实教育工作中的表现,从而为一线教师在教育工作中更好地严格遵守职业道德提供一定的理论依据。
With the method of comprehensive statement of documentary material, the paper makes a study and research on the positioning, effect and position of teachers, as well as the code of teachers professional ethics and its performance from the point of view of pedagogy. Thus this artical proveides with theoretical basis for teachers to better follow the code of professional ethics.
