思想政治理论课教师的职业素质和执业能力直接决定着教学效果,其人格魅力是提高教学质量的重要保证,其知识魅力是提高教学效果的坚实基础。
The teaching effect of the course of ideological and political theory lies directly in the teachers＇ professional qualifications, among which their character charm serves as guarantee in enhancing the teaching quality, the charm of knowledge as the solid foundation in improving the teaching effect and the affective power as the key to strengthening the teaching quality.
