摘要
目的优选黄芪总黄酮的提取工艺。方法用正交设计法探讨了影响纤维素酶法提取黄芪中总黄酮的主要因素,并确定了最佳提取工艺。结果纤维素酶法提取黄芪总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:酶解时间为120 m in,酶解温度为30℃,酶量为8 mg,pH值为4.5。结论此工艺简单可行,是一条提取黄芪总黄酮类物质的有效途径。
Objective To opmtimize the extraction technics for total flavonoids from Astragalus.Methods The orthogonal design was conducted to investigate the main cellulose enzymatic extraction of total flavonoids from Astragalus and the best extraction technics was determined.Results The optimum conditions cellulose enzymatic extraction of total flavonoids from Astragalus were as follows: enzymolysis time 120min,hydrolysis temperature 30 ℃,enzyme volume 8mg,PH value 4.5.Conclusion This method is simple and feasible.It is an effective way for extraction of total flavonoids from Astragalis.
