机器人系统的编程能力,决定了机器人的实用功能和作业质量,离线编程技术则是保证作业质量的关键。目前的机器人离线编程平台,可进行机器人作业系统的建模、简单作业程序的编制和作业过程仿真演示;对于复杂的作业路径编程,可通过二次开发的离线编程软件来实现。
The practicality and working quality of industrial robots lay on the capability of off-line programming,which was pivotal to guarantee working quality.On current off-line programming platforms for robots system,modelling,programming of simple tasks and their simulation could be done.Programming of complex working path could be realized by developed software for off-line programming.
