摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中的丙烯酰胺含量。样品经液液萃取,离心破乳,上清液氮吹仪吹干,甲醇定容至1 mL后,Atlantis dC_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×25 cm,5μm)分离,甲醇和水为流动相梯度淋洗,紫外检测器在210 nm波长检测。峰面积与丙烯酰胺的质量浓度在0.1~10.0 mg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)是0.6 mg·L^(-1)。方法的加标回收率为94.7%,相对标准偏差(n=9)为3.0%。
HPLC was applied to the determinations of acrylamide in cosmetics. The sample was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction, and centrifuged for breaking of emulsion. The supernatant liquid obtained was dried with nitrogen blowing, and made up to 1 mL by methanol The solution was separated by gradient elution with methanol and water on Atlantis dC18 column (4. 6 mm×25 cm, 5μm), and its content determined by UV Detector at the wavelength 210nm. Linear relationship between the values of peak area and the mass concentration of acrylamide was kept in the range of 0. 1- 10.0 mg · L, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0. 6 mg· L^-1. The value of recovery found by standard addition method was 94. 7%, with RSD (n=9) of 3.0%.
