摘要
介绍了IGCT的工作特性和工作原理,对三电平IGCT变流器的换流状态进行了分析,提出了一种三电平IGCT相模块换流试验方法,并对相模块半导体器件的各种换流过程进行了试验研究,结果证明了试验装置和试验方法的合理性和可行性。
It presents operating characteristics and principles of IGCT, analyzes commutating state of 3- level IGCT converter. Furthermore, commutating test methods of 3-level IGCT phase module are propo.sed and then various commutating processes of phase module semi-conductor components have been tested. Results testify the rationality and feasibility of testing device and testing strategy.
