摘要
集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)变流器广泛应用于中压大功率领域。其相模块中的吸收电路参数对器件的安全工作区、最小脉宽、器件损耗等均有直接影响,是模块设计的关键环节。通过分析吸收回路工作原理,结合器件安全工作区、吸收回路动态响应时间、换流时吸收二极管与吸收电阻功耗等因素,并充分考虑杂散电感的影响,提出一种将吸收回路参数匹配转换为多约束条件下的多目标达成的优化设计方法,并使用Matlab优化工具得到参数匹配的准确值。仿真与试验均验证了所提方法的实用性和有效性。
Integrated gate commutated thyristor(IGCT) converters have been widely used in medium voltage larger power system.As an important part of model, the sunbber circuit of the model infects safe working area, minimum pulse width, devices heat loss and so on.This paper analysis the dynamic working principle of snubber circuit with stray inductance fully considerate, and put forward solving multiple variable values for multiple target attain to achieve the parameters matching point, according to devices safe working conditions, circuit dynamic time, diode and resistor heat consumption.An example is showed in Matlab.Simulation and test show that the method is practical and reliable.
