摘要
目的:比较消瘀散不同剂型外用对软组织损伤(急性血瘀症)模型大鼠的疗效并探讨各剂型作用机理。方法:将60只大鼠造模后随机分为软膏组(A组)、搽剂组(B组)、熏蒸组(C组)、空白对照组(D组),A、B、C组分别用消瘀散各剂型治疗。用药第3、5、10天作大体观察评分、组织学观察、血液流变学测定、血药浓度(大黄素)测定。结果:各组大体观察评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组第5天组织病理评分优于各组(P<0.05);A组第3天血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉方程K值的改善优于各组(P<0.01);A组血药浓度在各时相均为最高(P<0.01)。结论:消瘀散外用治疗急性血瘀证模型大鼠,软膏剂的吸收和疗效优于搽剂、熏蒸剂。
Objective：To observe and compare the therapeutic efficacy of different forms of Xiaoyusan in treating acute soft tissue injury in rat models （acute blood stasis type） and to discuss the mechanisms of action. Methods： Sixty rats were made into animal models of blood stasis, and then randomly divided into 4 groups according to different treatments： ointment of Xiaoyusan for group A, liniment for group B; fumigation for group C and no treatment for group D as control. On the 3rd, 5th and 10th day, general observation, histological observation, hemorrheology analyses and the test of emodin concentration were made in each group. Results：There was no difference in general observation （P〉0.05）. On day 5, pathological changes in group A was minor than in the other groups （P〈0.05）. On day 3, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, K value of blood sedimentation equation of group A were significantly promoted compared with other groups （P〈0. 01）. And the concentration of blood emodin in group A was the highest at each time--point compared with other groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Xiaoyusan ointment has better effects in treating rat models of acute soft tissue injury with acute blood stasis type than liniment or fumigation method.
