摘要
目的观察中药薰蒸对腰椎间盘突出症患者止痛效果。方法将350例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为两组。治疗组(180例)采用中药薰蒸,对照组(170例)用红外线照射法,其它治疗方法两组相同。结果两组止痛效果有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中药薰蒸对腰椎间盘突出症有显著止痛效果。
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of herb fumigation therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion（LIDP）. Methods 250 patients with LIDP were randomized to receive herb fumigation therapy （ n = 180, treatment group） or infrared irradiation treatment （ n = 170, control group） except for the same basic treatment. Results The analgesic effect of herb fumigation therapy was significantly better than that of infrared irradiation treatment. Conclusion Herb fumigation therapy has significant analgesic effect on LIDP.
