球磨时间对片状铁磁性吸收剂吸波性能的影响

摘要 通过电镀法制备片状铁磁性吸收剂,用SEM、XRD等手段对其进行表征。用网络分析仪测试了不同球磨时间下吸收剂样品在2~18 GHz的电磁参数,并结合晶粒尺寸因素研究了球磨时间对吸收剂电磁参数的影响,对比了不同球磨时间下吸收剂样品的SEM照片。结果表明:随着球磨时间的增加,片状吸收剂的晶粒尺寸减小,厚度变薄,低频磁导率有所上升,进而能够提高其低频吸波性能。 The flake iron magnetic absorbents have obtained by electroplating method and the samples were characterized by SEM, XRD. The electromagnetic parameters of the samples have been studied at the frequency range from 2 GHz to 18 GHz by net-work analyzer, the relation of electromagnetic parameters under different milling time have been investigated with grain size factor, and the SEM images were contrasted. The results indicated that the magnetic permeability and microwave property of the flake absorbents could be improved by increasing milling time.
