摘要
对 2mm厚的单层吸波材料在 3GHz达到最佳吸收效果所需的电磁参数进行了理论计算 ,并结合现有吸波材料的参数特点对计算结果进行了分析。结果表明 ,在 3GHz,较高的磁导率实部是达到高吸收率的必要条件 ,而适当低的介电常数虚部有利于电磁参数的匹配。研究了Fe4 N吸收剂 /环氧树脂涂覆型吸波材料的吸波性能 ,结果表明 ,使用偶联剂对吸收剂进行表面包覆处理可以显著降低介电常数的虚部 ,有利于吸收率的提高。
The theoretical analyses were made to determine the electro-magnetic parameters of a 2 mm-thickness layer required for optimum absorbing effectiveness at 3 GHz. Results show that a high real part of permeability (μ′) is necessary for high absorbing efficiency, and a low imaginary part of permittivity (ε″) is favorable to the match of permittivity and permeability at 3 GHz. The influence of silane coupling agent on the electro-magnetic parameters of the composite was studied. The result shows that the coupling agent can decrease ε″ remarkably while keep the other three parameters almost the same, which is beneficial to the microwave absorbing property.
