摘要
某炼油化工公司烃类蒸汽转化制氢装置再生塔底重沸器在生产过程中多次发生换热管腐蚀失效,装置被迫非计划停工。文章对该换热管的失效原因进行了较为详尽的分析,并提出了防护措施。选择符合标准的管材;在设备制造过程中严格按规范进行消除应力热处理;更换重沸器为有蒸发空间的卧式热交换器,可以提高管子的自振频率,减小折流板间距等,可有效地防止振动发生;设置消声隔板——设置平行于管子轴线的纵向板或孔板,可以有效地减少声振动和噪声。
The steam reforming hydrogen generation plant has to be unschedulely shutdown many times because of corrosion failure of heat exchanger tubes in regeneration column bottom rebeiler. The causes of failure are analyzed in detail. Effective protection and prevention measure axe proposed such as selection of right materials for the tubes in accordance with applicable standards, heat treatment to release stress based upon the procedures in the standard in the process of fabrication, replacement of horizontal heat exchanger to increase tubes" auto - vibration frequency and reduce spacing of rod baffles so us to prevent vibration as well as installation of sound - insulation plate to minimize sound vibration and noise.
