摘要 某石化厂气体脱硫装置溶剂再生塔重沸器多次泄漏,严重影响了装置的正常生产。根据外观检测与计算分析,得出了管束泄漏的主要原因是由于重沸器壳程内胺溶液的汽化造成流速过大、管束振动造成碰撞和折流板切割使管束破坏,加之塔底H_2S气体与胺液热分解产生的胺盐腐蚀作用,使管束快速失效。文章针对产生破坏的原因提出了相关的改进措施,取得了较好的效果。 The amine regenerator bottom reboiler in a gas desulfurization unit in a refinery experienced frequent leakages, which greatly affected the normal operation of the unit. The spot inspection and calculation analysis concluded that the major causes of tube leakages were the rapid failures resulted from the higher velocity due to rapid vaporization of MDEA in the shell side, tube vibration and damage to the tube bundle in cutting of segmental baffles as well as the corrosion of H2S gas and amine salt from decomposition of amine solution. Effective measures were recommended and good results have been achieved.
