摘要 某MDEA胺液再生塔在运行中出现渗漏,为从过程风险角度确定失效机理,对运行工艺进行了分析。通过采用宏观检查、力学性能试验、化学成分分析、能谱分析、断口形貌分析、金相分析、硬度测定等方法,对试样进行失效分析。结果表明,该再生塔的失效机理为碳酸盐应力腐蚀开裂,并从选材、热处理、定期检验等方面提出了对策。 Leakage occurred in the operation of a MDEA regeneration column. In order to determine the failure mechanism from the view of process risk, the operation process was analyzed. Failure analysis was conducted by macroscopic examination, mechanical test, chemical composition analysis, energy spectrum analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic analysis and hardness test. The results showed that the failure mechanism of the regeneration was the stress corrosion cracking of carbonate, and the countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of material selection, heat treatment and periodical inspection.
