According to introduction on the industry characteristic of the building construction enterprise, it further introduces concept and structure model of the construction industry supply chain, concludes characteristics of the supply chain management in the construction industry, and describes necessity of implementing supply chain management in the construction industry, so as to promote stable and healthy development of the construction industry.
