材料成本约占工程成本的 6 0 %～ 6 5 % ,加强物资供应的管理 ,是施工企业降低工程成本的重要途径。本文对加强物资采购管理、加强材料消耗管理 。
The cost of materials was usually equated to the 60%～65 of the engineering cost. Therefore, to strengthen the management of material supply is an important means to reduce the engineering cost for the construction enterprises.The paper expounds in detail concerned with the following aspects, such as strengthening the management of the purchase of materials, streng thening the management of the expenditure of materials, as well as developing material cost accounting to raise the management level,etc.
