摘要
简介建设工程施工合同的概念、特点及作用,从两个方面浅谈了建设工程施工合同的管理,并以实例加以说明,最后就今后的合同管理工作提出几点认识。
The author introduced briefly the concept, features and functions of constructing project's construction contract, elementarily discussed the construction contract management from two aspects and explained with the actual examples, and expounded several suggestions on contract management henceforth.
