摘要
选用生产上推广的早熟棉花新品种"中棉所50"、"中棉所64"作对照,研究了5份早熟棉花新材料不同生育期的可溶性蛋白、可溶性总糖、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和过氧化物酶活性的变化规律。结果表明:开花期较高的可溶性蛋白含量,花铃期较高的可溶性糖,吐絮期较高的过氧化物酶(POD)活性可以作为材料选择的指标,脯氨酸和丙二醛含量只适宜作逆境胁迫程度的参照。
The new varieties of early-maturing cotton ("CRI50", "CRI64"), which were popularized in the agricultural production, were used as the control, and the changes of physiological indices in new varieties of early-maturing cotton were analyzed by contents of malondialdehyde, proline, soluble protein, soluble sugar and the enzyme activity of peroxidase in different growth periods. The results showed that physiological indices which could be used as selecting materials were higher soluble protein content at flowering period, higher soluble sugar at Boll stage and higher enzyme activity of peroxidase at boll opening period, while contents of proline and malondialdehyde could only be reference to the extent of stress.
