遮荫对景宁玉兰幼苗生理生化季节变化的影响

摘要 以2年生景宁玉兰Yulania sinostellata幼苗为研究对象,通过遮阳网设置自然光强的100%(I_(100))、40%(I_(40))和10%(I_(10))3种遮荫处理,探讨不同遮荫处理下景宁玉兰生理生化特性的季节变化规律。结果表明:(1)景宁玉兰幼苗的净光合速率(P_(n))春季为I_(100)处理显著高于I_(40)、I_(10)处理(P<0.05),夏、秋季为I_(40)处理显著高于I_(100)、I_(10)处理(P<0.05)。I_(100)、I_(40)处理的P_(n)在夏季显著高于春、秋季(P<0.05),而I_(10)处理的P_(n)在夏季则显著低于春、秋季(P<0.05)。(2)3个季节的叶绿素(Chl)含量均随着遮荫强度的增加而增加,而类胡萝卜素/叶绿素(Car/Chl)值随着遮荫强度的增加而下降。3种遮荫处理的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量均以春季最高,叶绿素a/b(Chla/b)、Car/Chl值均以夏季最大。(3)春、秋季超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随着遮荫强度的增加而下降。夏、秋季过氧化物酶(POD)随着遮荫强度的增加而升高,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以I_(100)处理较低。3种遮荫处理SOD活性以秋季最高,POD、CAT活性均以春季最高。(4)3个季节的抗坏血酸(As A)含量以I_(10)处理最低。谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量夏季以I_(100)处理最高,秋季以I_(40)处理最高。(5)I_(100)处理夏季的电导率显著高于I_(10)处理(P<0.05),秋季则显著高于I_(40)、I_(10)处理(P<0.05)。3种处理电导率均以秋季最高,春季最低。总之,I_(100)处理的景宁玉兰幼苗在夏、秋季叶绿素含量较低,并且POD、CAT活性较弱,无法有效清除活性氧,致使细胞膜透性增加,叶片受到光胁迫。而I_(10)处理由于光强过低使得光合能力弱。因此在栽培过程中,适当遮荫有利于景宁玉兰的生长,但光照强度不应低于40%。 In early January 2020,two-year Yulania sinostellata seedlings were transplanted in pot in Linhai,Zhejiang province.Experiments were conducted on seedlings by full light intensity(I_(100))(CK),shading of 40%(I_(40))and 10%(I_(10))of natural light intensity.Net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)and photosynthetic pigment of treated seedlings was determined on April 17th,July 12th and October 15th 2020.The result showed that P_(n)of the control was significantly higher than that under I_(40)and I_(10)in spring,and that under I_(40)was significantly higher than that of the control and I_(10)in summer and autumn.P_(n)of the control and I_(40)was significantly higher in summer than in spring and autumn,while P_(n)of I_(10)was significantly lower in summer than in spring and autumn.Chlorophyll(Chl)content had positive relation with shading intensity in the experimental period,while carotenoid/chlorophyll(Car/Chl)had negative one.The chlorophyll and carotenoid contents of treated seedlings were the highest in spring,and the chlorophyll a/b(Chl a/b)and Car/Chl were the highest in summer.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)decreased with the increase of shade intensity in spring and autumn.The peroxidase(POD)activity increased with the increase of shade intensity in summer and autumn,and the catalase(CAT)activity was lower in the control.SOD activity was the highest in autumn,POD and CAT activity was the highest in spring under the three shade treatments.The content of ascorbic acid(AsA)in three seasons was the lowest under I_(10)treatment.The content of glutathione(GSH)was the highest in the control in summer and under I_(40)in autumn.The electrical conductivity of the control in summer was significantly higher than that under I_(10),and in autumn was significantly higher than that under I_(40)and I_(10).The electrical conductivity of treated seedlings was the highest in autumn and the lowest in spring with significant difference.The experiment demonstrated that chlorophyll content of
