摘要
目的研制奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊的处方工艺。方法将优选处方工艺制备的奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊按药典方法进行耐酸力和溶出度测定。结果所制得的胶囊剂在人工胃液中耐酸力良好,在人工肠液中的溶出迅速且完全。结论该工艺有效地解决了奥美拉唑的稳定性问题,且制备工艺简单易行,重现性好,适合工业化生产。
Objective To develop the prescription processing of Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Capsules. Methods The acid tolerance and dissolution of Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Capsules prepared by the optimal prescription processing were detected according to the pharma-copoeia. Results The prepared capsules were well resistant to acid in the artificial gastric juice and dissolved quickly and completely in the artificial intestinal liquid. Conclusion This preparation processing resolves the problem of omeprazole＇s stability effectively, which is simple and feasible with good reproducibility. It is worth further development and application in industry.
