摘要
对高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定氧氟沙星原料药含量的方法改进。在氧氟沙星原料药含量测定结果与印度药典方法无显著差异条件下,大大缩短了分析时间。本方法快速、准确,更适用于常规检验工作和厂方大批量生产时的质量控制。
The high performance liquid chromalograph（HPLC） method for the assaying of the Ofloxacin API.The retention time was shortened and the results had no obvious differences with that of Indian Pharmacopoeia method.The method was rapid,accurate and adapted to routine analysis and quality control in factory better.
