摘要
建立了复方甲苯咪唑片的ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定方法。采用Ｃ＿（１８）Ｈｙｐｅｒｓｉｌ色谱柱，以ｐＨ３．０磷酸盐缓冲液－甲醇－二乙胺（５０：５０：０．１）作流动相，检测波长２３０ｎｍ，以双氯灭痛为内标，方法简便准确，专一性强，甲苯咪唑和左旋咪唑的回收率分别为１００．７％和９９．２０％，ＲＳＤ＜２．２％（ｎ＝５），对四个批号的片剂进行了分析，测定结果与中国药典方法一致。
A selective and simplified RP-HPLC for mebendazole and levamisole in compound mebendazole tablet was established.The optimal experiment conditions were C18 Hypersil Colume(100 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase of pH3.0 phosphate buffer-methanol-diethylamine(50:50:0.1),with UV detector at 230nm.Diclofenac sodium was used as internal standard and the proposed method was accurate,and the recoveries were 100.7% for mebendazole and 99.20% for levamisole with RSD of less than 2.2%(n=5).Four samples were analyzed by the proposed method,and the results agreed well with those obtained by Chinese Pharmacopocia.
