摘要
近年来,以专业(技术)协会和农民专业合作社为代表的各类农民专业合作经济组织迅速发展,但其在利益联结机制、利益分配机制、决策和监管机制上还存在诸多问题。通过对农民专业合作经济组织各种运行机制和存在问题的分析,提出了探索农民专业合作经济组织的不同利益联结机制、规范和完善农民专业合作经济组织的利益分配机制、创新农民专业合作经济组织的决策和监管机制的三种问题解决思路和建议。
In recent years, all sorts of peasants＇ specialized economic organizations represented by specialized technology associations and peasants＇ specialized cooperative societies are developing rapidly. Aiming at the various problems of the running mechanism in benefit affiliation, benefit allocation, decision-making and monitoring, three suggestions on the mechanism have been put forward about exploring different benefit affiliation, improving benefit allocation and innovating decision-making and monitoring for the peasants＇ specialized economic organizations.
