摘要
德庆县政府以推动农业标准化、农产品品牌化,完善农资配送体系,优化农村金融服务等手段促进农民组织化程度的提高。基于服务型政府的功能定位,推行农业产业化经营,予以资金扶助与科教资助等基本经验成为推动农民合作组织发展,解决″三农″问题的核心内容。
The development of farmers＇ cooperative organization is enhanced by the government of Deqing county by promoting the agriculture standardizes, establishing agricultural product brand, improving the system of agricultural productions delivery, optimizing the rural financial service, which based on the successful experiences such as the functional of government service, the industrialization of agricultural managing, fund and education subsidy that has became the main contents to solve the ＇three agriculture problems＇ and improve the development of farmers＇ cooperative organization.
