摘要
近年来,农村合作组织在广大的农村地区迅速发展起来,引起社会各界的关注,发展农村合作组织是解决"三农"问题的关键措施之一。本文借助文献研究法对当前中国农村合作组织发展的研究状况进行梳理,发现中国农村合作组织的发展面临着政府干预过多、具有企业家精神的人才短缺、融资困难、相关法律体系不健全,以及内部运作不规范等问题。为此,需要国家和政府完善相关法律法规,加强政策扶持,提高农民自身素质,完善农村合作组织内部运行机制,扩大合作规模和领域。
In recent years, Chinese rural cooperative organization has been developed rapidly in the vast rural area, causing the concern of social public. One of the key measures to solve the problem of ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ is to develop the rural cooperative organization. This paper use documentation method,combing current research status of development of Chinese rural cooperative organizations. It is found that development of rural cooperative organizations facing with following problems： too much government interference,shortage of entrepreneurs, financing difficulties, imperfect laws and regulations system and non-standard internal operation. Therefore, state and government need to improve relevant laws and regulations and strengthen policy support, farmers need to improve their own quality, the rural cooperative organization need to perfect inner part in the circulate mechanism and expand the scale and scope of cooperation.
